Connective Touch recognised that in the main, biometric based products that are widely available across the globe, are not supported by the companies that own, develop and sell them. It is extremely important to customers that they can reach expertise to help design, and even install the correct specification of access control to the highest standard, to protect assets.
To ensure that customers' solutions are designed and installed, Connective Touch have developed an International network of approved Connective Touch support and installation teams.
These teams provide a range of specific skills and expertise, coupled with Connective Touch technical knowledge, to guarantee that customers get exactly what they need.

Connective Touch has a national help desk, manned by the people that designed and developed Connective Touch, ensuring that all end users can fully understand the potential of their product and how to maximise the benefits, safe in the knowledge they can trust the support and advice they receive.
The help desk provides both technical support and warranty advice, working in conjunction with an internationally established network of approved Connective Touch support and installation teams.
In the UK, Connective Touch is working with two national distributors, RTR Services and Strand Hardware, who are fully trained by Connective Touch technicians to ensure they can offer best practice guidance and support to customers interested in a biometric solution.

A family run business with James Diack, the father and Richard in support since he was a young man, receiving formal training and certification in the security and access control industry.
